Cup 9,6 x 9,5 cm Saucer 13 x 2,5 cm
This unique double layer Celadon tea set is imitating the shape, color and design of the old Korean Celadon ware of Goryo dynasty (900-1390).
In the manufacturing process of celadon Tugak, first the motiv is drawn on the clay and then partly cut out. Due to the high technical standards and the fragile work, Celadon Tugak is not used as everyday utensil. Therefore, Tugak style was produced mainly for decorative purposes in oil lamps or vases.
The Celadon cup is hand-crafted according to an old traditional method.
